| Dear Chamber members: We are looking to update our duties and need your input. We realize you may have made suggestions before, but please do so again. Instead of a featured speaker at the September 13th meeting, we plan on having an open forum. Please come and share your needs, wants or visions for North Lake County, or submit your ideas in writing prior to the meeting (see address below). Currently we are mailing packets out in response to all who have inquired about North Lake County for a $5.00 fee. These packets include: business cards, brochures, flyers, maps, Lake County Progress and the Tourist Guide. If you would like your information included please either mail it or drop it at the Chamber Office, hours Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The September meeting will begin at 12:00 p.m. with a Bar-B-Q potluck, bring salad or dessert (meat provided); the regular meeting will follow at 1:00 p.m. Lindy Simmons, President Christmas Valley Chamber of Commerce P.O. A NEW ITEM A Chamber Information Packet has been put together. Included in this packet is the Tourist Guide, Lake County Progress, some maps of the area and BLM Brochures. Also included are brochures from our member businesses. When information of the area is requested we offer this at a cost of $5.00 per packet. (This may change soon.) Please make sure that the Chamber Office has several of your most recent brochures so that it may be included in the packet.
